Enchant success rate +10% for standard armor (C-grade) when using an Enchant Scroll. Only for items enchanted between +3 and +8. For full-body armor, enchant must be between +4 and +8. The item will not be crystallized even if enchantment fails, but the enchant value will be reset to 0.
