When activated, shows basic armor appearance (including cosmetic) When deactivated, Death Knight exclusive appearance is applied Exclusive appearance is determined by Upper Body type and will not be applied if not equipped However, appearance will not change in Jin Death Knight/Jin Death Knight: Master state.
