Town of Goddard

As the capital of the Goddard Territory, the town is the trade center in the eastern region of Elmore. Due to frequent wars with Aden, Goddard has gone through repeated destruction and reconstruction, the traces of which can still be found. The noble classes inhabit the Upper Level and commoners occupy the Lower Level.
