Beleth's Magic Circle

The people brought to Hellbound by the slave trade were experimented on by Bereth and transformed into monsters. Bereth's Magic Circle was originally designed to drain Hellbound of its life force, but in recent years it has been used to generate regenerative energy to keep the monsters under control.
