Transformation - Dance of Shadows

For 5 minutes, decreases all party members' Speed by 50%% and prevents them from being pre-emptively attacked by monsters. The effect will be canceled if any party member launches an attack. Additionally increases MP Consumption when dancing while sing/dance is in effect.
