Olympiad Class Winner's Rune

A glorious rune with a sincere apology awarded to the heroes who were unable to participate in World Olympiad matches due to server issues. It has the same effect as a Class Winner's Rune. If stored in the inventory, XP/SP +30%, Damage +5%, Speed +7, and Damage Received -5%. The effect is not applied in Olympiad.
