A copy of National Treasure No. 70, 'Hunminjeongeum', created to commemorate Hangeul Day.\nUse to obtain various consumable items.\n\n<Preface to Hunminjeongeum>\nSejong's Hunminjeongeum\nBecause the speech of this country\n is different from that of China,\nit does not match the letters.\nTherefore, even if the ignorant want to communicate,\nmany of them in the end cannot state their concerns.\nSaddened by this,\nI have 28 letters newly made.\nIt is my wish that all the people may easily learn these letters and that\nthey be convenient for daily use.
