For 60 seconds, increases Magical Skill Power by 8%, Magical Skill Critical Rate by 5%, decreases MP Consumption by 50% and Magical Skill Cooldown by 5%, and prevents magic casting from being interrupted. Cannot be used simultaneously with Great Burst Casting
