This high rank sorcerer helped the construction of Baium's Tower of Insolence. After the collapse of the tower, she resurrected by consuming the blood and soul of the victims who were buried under the tower. As corrupted as she can be, she is seeking the blood from those who enter the tower in order to maintain her body.
