Attacks surrounding enemies. Reduces their Speed and stops them from hiding. Abnormal State Type: Strike (Disarm / Hold / Blind / Restrain / Hate / Silence / Banishment / Bluff / Unable to Hide)

Level 3

Attacks surrounding enemies. Reduces their Speed and stops them from hiding. Abnormal State Type: Strike (Disarm / Hold / Blind / Restrain / Hate / Silence / Banishment / Bluff / Unable to Hide)

Level 4

Attacks surrounding enemies. Reduces their Speed and stops them from hiding. Abnormal State Type: Strike (Disarm / Hold / Blind / Restrain / Hate / Silence / Banishment / Bluff / Unable to Hide)
