Immobilizes the target and surrounding enemies for 15 seconds. Cannot be used in the Olympiad/Ceremony of Chaos. Can only be used against a PC. When used on one target for a certain time, activates the 'Soul Confinement - Limit' effect, which reduces duration up to a max of 90%%. Consumes 1000 Spirit Ores.
