Ferion Wing Crash

Strikes down with the energy condensed in Ferion's wings, testing the limits of enemies. Inflicts Disarm for 35 seconds and causes a state in which buffs cannot be received. Abnormal State Type: Strike (Disarm / Hold / Blind / Restrain / Hate / Silence / Banishment / Bluff / Unable to Hide) Cannot be removed.
