Altar of Discord

A flame-attribute altar that protects Baluan. When destroyed, it unleashes a wide-ranging flame attack across the entire Throne of Baluan, and targets hit are afflicted with the flame discord effect. <Flame Discord> While in the flame discord state, receiving a flame attack from Baluan or an Altar of Discord increases the effect level, and receiving an icy air attack removes the effect and applies the icy air discord state.
