Altar of Discord

An icy air-attribute altar that protects Baluan. When destroyed, it unleashes a wide-ranging icy air attack across the entire Throne of Baluan, and targets hit are afflicted with the icy air discord effect. <Icy Air Discord> While in the icy air discord state, receiving an icy air attack from Baluan or an Altar of Discord increases the effect level, and receiving a flame attack removes the effect and applies the flame discord state.
