Eviscerator Guide After the Rework (2026)
Post-rework 'Eviscerator' (Sayha / Ertheia fist fighter) on Live: immortality kit, normal-attack conversion, Fist of Terra packing, stat priority, Honor talents, farm macro, and why most accounts still start Warg or Samurai.
At a glance
- 1Mind of Steel hits ~45s immortality at max time enchant — stack cooldown until the gap nearly disappears
- 2Extra hits and actives now count as normal attacks — one damage tree instead of skill + auto split
- 3Fist of Terra (enhanced rune stones): autos cleave up to 4 targets in front
- 4Stat order: skill cooldown → attribute → normal-attack damage → defense; skip early crit rate
- 5Still expensive to unlock — six enhanced rune stones + hard CD investment; start Warg, Samurai if you have two UKR
What Eviscerator is after the rework
Melee fist fighter in light armor. Survival is the headline, but the rework also fixed the old “half skill DPS, half auto DPS” identity problem and finally gave the class real gap tools.
- Immortality
- Mind of Steel — ~25s base, ~45s at max time enchant; cooldown gear can make the downtime tiny
- Extra shells
- Gravity Barrier · Spallation · Back Step (now a mini invuln, not only a boss reposition)
- Solo target
- Limit extras + passives → excellent single-target
- Packing
- Three modest AoEs from the kit · Fist of Terra makes autos hit up to 4 enemies ahead
- Chase tools
- Backspin Impact (fast CD mid-range punch) · Flying Knee Kick distance-enchanted toward ~800 range
Mobility
Before
Pre-rework: stuck in melee with weak gap closers
After
Post-rework: Backspin for pressure, Flying Knee Kick for long engage — the “no legs” meme is mostly dead
Survival kit
Defensive tools
| Skill | Role |
|---|---|
| Mind of Steel | Immortal Life window + combat amp. Time-enchant hard. Stack sheet cooldown until gaps feel optional. |
| Gravity Barrier | Full invuln / debuff cleanse shell. Does not stack with Spallation. |
| Spallation | Sphere that blanks ranged hits and distant debuffs (fist required). Trade-off vs Barrier. |
| Back Step | Short invuln / disengage. Treat it as a mini panic button in PvP and messy packs. |
You still wear light armor — defense gear and shells matter. Immortality does not replace a sheet that can stand the first three seconds of a pull.
Damage model
Everything important now feeds normal-attack math.
- Bonus hits from limits/passives and active strikes scale with normal-attack / fist lines — stop splitting budget into pure skill-power dead ends.
- Eviscerator Force and quest gear already flood crit rate. Cap removal means Iss crit buffs still count; you do not need to force more crit rate early.
- Single-target remains the class fantasy. Pack clear is “good enough” with three soft AoEs, then becomes real once Fist of Terra is online.
- 'Fist of Terra'
- Rune-stone skill — stance that lets normal attacks hit up to 4 enemies ahead (+ range) and procs Gravity Blow / Kick lines
- Enhanced I / II
- Longer window, stronger procs — this is the expensive “now I farm packs” unlock
- 'Backspin Impact'
- Turn-punch with reach and stun — keep it on a short cycle
- 'Flying Knee Kick'
- Distance enchant path; +20 on that path is the long-range engage people quote (~800)
Stat priority
Build order
| Rank | Stat | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Skill cooldown | More limits after the rework · Mind of Steel uptime · Fist of Terra / shells always available |
| 2 | Attack attribute | Aim for (target’s defense attribute) + 220 as a practical soft cap. Rough rule: +10 attribute ≈ +1.5% damage |
| 3 | Normal-attack package | P.Atk · normal crit damage/power · PvE damage — whatever feeds autos and converted skills |
| 4 | Defense | Light armor still dies if you ignore it |
| — | Normal crit rate (early) | Skip. Quest gear + Iss already overshoot low/mid content |
Vs Samurai flex
Before
Samurai with Signet Lv.3 + defensive armor 30 can sometimes drop Silenite for P.Atk and run an Imp-style Homunculus
After
Eviscerator does not get that flex — stay on cooldown Iss + cooldown Homunculus
Skill-by-skill priorities
The rework rewards sequencing. Open with position and resistance setup, enter the normal-attack window, and hold defensive shells for the moments that would otherwise stop your damage.
Core combat skills
| Skill | What it does now | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Mind of Steel | Long Immortal Life window plus offense; roughly 25s base and near 45s with maximum time enchant | Time-enchant first, cast before committing, and build cooldown around minimizing the uncovered gap |
| Fist of Terra | Turns the normal-attack package into frontal cleave against up to four targets and enables Gravity strike procs | Face the pack, avoid circling through mobs, and keep targets inside the frontal lane |
| Right Sidestep | Fast movement/attack tool that helps establish fist-resistance pressure | Place early in the farm loop before Terra; do not let repeated movement drag you out of the pack |
| Backspin Impact | Short-cooldown reach, pressure, and stun tool | Use to reconnect after target changes or interrupt a dangerous cast |
| Flying Knee Kick | Long engage after distance enchant | Use as an opener or chase; do not fire it into geometry that strands you beyond support |
| Back Step | Short panic invulnerability and disengage | Reserve for a lethal telegraph, target swap, or shell gap rather than spending it as routine movement |
| Gravity Barrier | Cleanse and full protection shell | Use against close pressure and debuff bursts; it competes with Spallation |
| Spallation | Sphere protection against ranged hits and distant debuffs while fists are equipped | Choose into ranged lobbies or dangerous caster packs; do not overlap with Barrier |
| Eviscerator Force | Class engine supplying crit and normal-attack support | Maintain it; its crit contribution is why early crit-rate investment is inefficient |
Window discipline
- Enter with Mind of Steel available. If the pull begins during its gap, use a shell rather than losing the entire offensive window to recovery.
- Keep Barrier and Spallation as alternatives. Overlapping mutually exclusive protection wastes the class’s deepest advantage.
- Position before Terra cleave. Four theoretical targets become one real target when the pack sits behind or beside you.
Ability points & Honor
- Default ability spread: take the Berserker Blind Attack line — it lines up with the class transformation / shape kit. Do not skip it.
- Holding a +2 special weapon or better: swap Berserker Concentration for Development.
- Already clearing 120 sion / 122 orc-tier content: Accuracy is worth the points.
Honor tree flex
Before
Acceleration (+skill cooldown, ~4%) — default when limits are the bottleneck
After
Weapon Mastery (~20% damage-shaped package) — only if attribute/cooldown are already healthy and you are starving for raw damage
Talent trees by account stage
There is no universal tree independent of gear. Cooldown, accuracy, and weapon quality determine which branch produces real uptime rather than a larger tooltip.
Ability and Honor templates
| Stage | Ability focus | Honor focus | When to change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fresh 105–115 | Berserker route with Blind Attack; basic survival | Acceleration / cooldown | Stay until Mind of Steel and limits cycle cleanly |
| Developed weapon | Blind Attack retained; Concentration → Development with +2 special weapon or better | Acceleration | Only swap when the weapon condition is real |
| 120+ accuracy wall | Add Accuracy after core damage nodes | Acceleration or Weapon Mastery | Use when misses appear in 120 sion / 122 orc-tier targets |
| Permanent-window PvE | Development and raw normal-attack nodes | Weapon Mastery | Cooldown already covers the intended rotation without temporary buffs |
| PvP main | Blind Attack, accuracy, defense needed to enter melee | Usually Acceleration | Raw damage only after shells and Steel reliably return |
Honor decision
Before
Mind of Steel or Terra drops during the pull → take Acceleration
After
Every required window is permanent and attribute is solved → test Weapon Mastery
- Do not buy crit-rate talents simply because the class is an auto attacker. Check the real target first; quest gear, Eviscerator Force, and Iss support already flood low/mid content.
- Accuracy is content-gated value. It does nothing when every punch already lands, then becomes mandatory when high-level evasion begins stealing entire proc chains.
Farm macro & starter sheet
Farm macro is dumb-simple: put Right Sidestep on the first bar and loop it from a panel separate from auto-hunt until Fist of Terra is learned. The sidestep sets up fist-resist shred and keeps you in the dance.
- If you already survive the spot, weave Virtual Equipment AoEs into that loop.
- Armor
- Light set around +8 with a dye symbol for ~10% limit cooldown — unless you already run Blessed Honor armor
- Cloak
- Elmore Cloak around +7
- Brooch gems
- Greater 'Red Cat's Eye' or 'Ruby' (phys shot/crit path)
- Leftover modify
- Cooldown-oriented hair / mask piece
- Iss
- Cooldown package only — no “damage song instead” shortcut
- Homunculus
- Pegasus / bird / angel CD lines — not Imp
Macros and auto-hunt setup
A safe loop is short. Auto-hunt handles target acquisition and attacks; the macro maintains one or two reliable setup skills without spending defensive buttons at random.
Farm loop by unlock
| Build stage | Separate repeating macro | Auto-hunt bar |
|---|---|---|
| Before Fist of Terra | Right Sidestep with enough delay to avoid movement spam | Core attacks, self-buffs, recovery; defensive shells manual |
| Terra learned | Terra maintenance only if uptime is safe; optional Sidestep | Normal attack focus plus short reconnect tools |
| Dense pack / Virtual Equipment | Setup skill, then approved Virtual Equipment AoEs if survival is solved | Targeting and normal attacks |
| Boss / instance | No blind farm macro | Manual limits, Steel, shells, and burst order |
Macro rules
- Keep Mind of Steel, Gravity Barrier, Spallation, and Back Step manual in dangerous content. Automation spends them on harmless hits and leaves the lethal window uncovered.
- Use delays long enough for animation and latency. A macro that retries a blocked movement skill can stop the damage loop.
- Watch five full pulls after changing the macro. Check facing, pack width, target transitions, and whether Sidestep walks beyond the camp.
- If Virtual Equipment System skills are added, confirm MP and recovery over a full hour. A faster first minute that runs dry is a worse farm.
Eviscerator vs Warg vs Samurai
All three can farm. The difference is the price and shape of their power: Eviscerator buys immortality and single-target pressure, Warg offers the easiest floor, and Samurai buys long-range packing.
Matched-account comparison
| Question | Eviscerator | Warg | Samurai |
|---|---|---|---|
| Low-budget start | Weakest floor; key kit behind stones and cooldown | Best default start; durable and productive early | Playable, but signature packing needs investment |
| Pack farming | Four-target frontal cleave after Terra package | Comfortable field clear, limited contested reach | Best late long-range packing after Signet Lv.3 and cooldown |
| Single target | Excellent limit/proc pressure | Excellent dual-hand and stance boss damage | Good, but chosen mainly for pack control |
| Survival identity | Mind of Steel immortality plus multiple shells | Heavy armor, Power Surge, robust baseline | Shorter cover and spacing |
| Cooldown dependence | Extreme and permanent | High for Instinct/Surge; can be solved around heavy armor | High until Signet loop is permanent, then some flex |
| PvP | Hard to finish, strong chase, expensive | Best general open-world toolkit | Strong range pressure but fewer defensive answers |
| Best owner | Class fan or PvP main accepting the cost | New account and all-rounder | Late Dethrone / ToI pack specialist |
Reroll decision
| Your account | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| No enhanced rune-stone budget | Stay or start Warg |
| Enough for one prestige package | Warg remains the efficient choice; Eviscerator only for the class fantasy |
| Two UKR and contested pack farm is the goal | Samurai |
| Cooldown sheet complete, six enhanced stones ready, want fists/PvP | Eviscerator is now a deliberate, functional choice |
| Already own Eviscerator gear | Do not reroll from an outdated reputation; test the reworked conversion and Terra first |
Cost to feel the rework
The kit looks great on paper. The bill is why the meta start has not changed.
